🌙 Can’t Switch Off Your Thoughts Before Sleep?

A gentle 2-minute breathing practice to calm mental noise and help your body return to rest
A calm nighttime scene of a woman sitting quietly on her bed in soft candlelight, with a crescent moon outside the window. The image includes text about calming running thoughts before sleep with a gentle breathing practice.

🌙 When the body is tired… but the mind won’t stop.

A quiet moment before sleep —
when everything becomes still,
yet thoughts continue to move.

If you find it difficult to calm stressful or repetitive thoughts
and fully relax at night,
you are not alone.

In this short audio,
I share a simple breathing technique
that can help calm mental noise
and support the body in returning to rest.

I use this gentle practice myself
when my thoughts don’t let me fully relax before sleep.

This technique comes from Kundalini yoga
and works by activating the parasympathetic system —
the part of the body responsible for rest and recovery.

Very often, the mind begins to soften
within the first moments of practice.

I also mention one essential oil
that can enhance this grounding and calming effect.

🌙 You can return to this practice
whenever your mind feels restless.
